Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use DogFriends.dog or request boarding, daycare, transportation, or related dog-care services from Dog Friends LLC (“Dog Friends,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in Rome, Georgia. By creating an account, submitting a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these terms and to any boarding agreement or waiver presented for your booking.

1. Accounts and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and provide current contact, dog, health, medication, feeding, behavior, vaccination, and emergency-contact information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for promptly telling us about material changes before a stay.

2. Reservations and service approval

A reservation request is not confirmed until Dog Friends approves it. Care may depend on availability, a meet-and-greet, review of the dog’s profile and vaccinations, and a signed boarding agreement or waiver. We may decline or modify care when we reasonably believe it is necessary for the safety of a dog, another animal, a customer, or our team.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to place the dog in our care and that the information you provide is complete and truthful. You must disclose illness, contagious conditions, injuries, medications, bite history, escape behavior, anxiety, aggression, and other needs that could affect safe care. Dogs must meet the health and vaccination requirements communicated for the service.

4. Care, emergencies, and inherent risks

We provide care using reasonable judgment and the instructions available in the dog’s profile. Dog care and group play involve inherent risks, including illness, injury, escape, or conflicts between animals. If we cannot promptly reach you or your emergency contact, you authorize us to seek veterinary or other emergency care we reasonably consider necessary. You remain responsible for resulting third-party and veterinary charges, subject to any separate written agreement that applies.

5. Pricing, payment, changes, and cancellation

Current rates and applicable holiday or late-pickup charges are described on our Pricing page and in the booking total shown before payment. Payment is due as stated in the booking confirmation or payment request. If a confirmation, invoice, or signed agreement includes specific change, cancellation, refund, or pickup terms, those specific terms control that booking.

6. Photos, videos, messages, and reviews

You may upload dog photos, profile information, messages, and reviews. You confirm that you have permission to submit that content. You allow Dog Friends to store and display it as needed to operate your account, provide care, share updates with you, and publish a review or other content when you have chosen to make it public or otherwise authorized publication. We may remove unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate content.

7. Website use

Do not misuse the website, access another person’s account, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully. Dog Friends owns the website, branding, and original site content unless otherwise stated.

8. Availability and liability

The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Dog Friends is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Service-related responsibilities may also be addressed in the boarding agreement or waiver for your booking.

9. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply prospectively; terms accepted for an existing booking remain subject to any specific written agreement for that booking.

10. Georgia law and contact
